We handle the legwork: presenting homes with care, creating custom property proposals, sharing tailored local recommendations, and facilitating the contract process directly between homeowner and guest. From booking through departure, we stay hands-on to ensure a seamless, secure, and elevated stay.

Serendipity & Co. was founded by Clarice Cook after she recognized a clear need to connect quality homeowners with elite patrons and business affiliates seeking elevated accommodations. What began as early Masters-week hospitality coordination quickly evolved into a fully managed, boutique hospitality coordination and concierge firm.

With 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, Clarice brings a strong foundation in process, clear communication, and follow-through. Based in Evans, Georgia, she leverages deep local connections, including realtors and HOA leadership, to seamlessly bridge homeowners and discerning guests. She lives in Evans with her husband, Cameron, and their dog, Beau, and enjoys the arts, international travel, and exploring new cuisines.
